For SPOM Law, I referred to Shubham Singal's SPOM playlist along with his SPOM book PDF. I think the question weightage is randomized but I'll say focus more on Other Laws portion as I felt those.
For making a SPOM, he even has a video specific to that, but even there he doesn't walk through it step by step. I get the general concept, but it's a little tricky to duplicate what he is doing without a real.
