Many years ago, I took some Microsoft certifications and became an MCP. That MCP profile was configured with my old email, which are not valid nor I recall any more as I don't work.
I had done MCSE in 1998 and have my MCP ID with me. How can I find that certification listed in transcript online? I also have a new MC ID when I passed Microsoft Azure certification.

I did MCSE in 2002 and have MCP ID with me but have no record or recollection of email account associated with it. Possible to Migrate Old MCP ID Credentials Into New MCID Credentials.
